Kids' and Babies' TOMS Shoes at Babesta
We are all pretty stoked about the new TOMS that arrived today. The shoe company was started by a contenstant on The Amazing Race. They pledge to donate one pair of shoes to a child without shoes for every pair purchased. That's pretty incredible. According to their literature, so far they have given 10,000 pairs of shoes to children in Argentina and are heading to Africa this year to give an estimated 50,000 pairs. Oh, and the guy's name isn't TOM - that stands for Shoes for Tomorrow - their slogan. We totally dig it.
Babesta is currently carrying pink and camo TOMS for infants (sizes 2,4), and Red and Beige, Blue and Beige and Plaid TOMS for kids from size 2-10. We tested them out on a 4 year old (who wears a size 9), and she thought that they were super comfy and easy to play in. They feature a velco closure for convenience and are made out of canvas. $28 at Babesta.com.
